Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your access to and use of DreamSmith, including our website, AI video generation tools, upload features, credit system, and related services. By using the Service, you agree to follow this policy.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use DreamSmith to create, upload, request, or distribute:

• NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative content.
• Deepfakes, face swaps, or unauthorized simulation of a person's likeness, voice, or identity.
• Misleading impersonation of any person, celebrity, public figure, brand, company, or government entity.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights.
• Harassment, threats, stalking, surveillance, doxxing, or privacy-invasive content.
• Hateful, violent, extremist, self-harm, fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Spam, bulk abuse, scraping, evasion of platform rules, or automated harassment.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, images, videos, references, and other inputs are lawful and properly authorized. You are responsible for the content you generate, download, publish, or use commercially through the Service.

4. Uploaded and Reference Materials

If you upload people, brands, products, trademarks, artwork, or other protected materials, you must have the legal right to use those materials for AI generation. You may not use another person's likeness, private photos, copyrighted works, or brand assets without authorization.

5. Enforcement

If we believe your use violates this policy, our Terms of Service, applicable law, or payment platform requirements, we may refuse generation, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, deny refunds where appropriate, and report activity when required.

6. Reporting and Appeals

To report suspected infringement, impersonation, privacy abuse, or other prohibited content, contact support@dreamsmith.net and include relevant links, task IDs, account email, and a description of the issue.
