Dodo Payments: Used for payments, tax handling, transaction processing, invoices or receipts, refunds, dispute handling, fraud detection, and risk controls.
AI video providers: We may use Evolink, Kie.ai, APImart, or their underlying model services to process prompts, uploaded images, generation parameters, and task results to generate videos.
R2/S3-compatible object storage: Used to store uploaded content, generated videos, thumbnails, and related files, and to serve those files through the configured storage domain.
Google OAuth: When you choose to sign in with Google, Google provides account information needed for authentication, such as your email address, name, and profile picture.
Resend or other email services: Used to send sign-in, password reset, transaction, service update, and security notifications.
To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or legal processes.
To protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or the public.

5. Content Moderation and Safety Logs

To protect users, third parties, and our service, we review prompts, image URLs, and related inputs before generation for potential violations of our Acceptable Use Policy. We may also log moderation results, errors, transaction status, and security events to prevent fraud, abuse, infringement, privacy violations, illegal content, and attempts to bypass platform safeguards.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security. You may delete generated videos inside the product; this removes them from your account view. Some backups, logs, payment, tax, refund, dispute, and risk-control records may be retained for periods required by law, accounting, security, or payment-platform requirements.
